1. Who we are

Dropship Machine is operated by Mando Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17168657), registered office 10 Pilgrims Walk, Worthing, BN13 1RJ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mando Systems Ltd; "you" means the account holder.

2. What the service does

We provide software that lets you browse products from our supply partners, set your own selling prices, publish listings to marketplaces you control, and have orders fulfilled automatically. We supply the tooling and the goods; we do not operate your marketplace account and we are not a party to your sales contracts with your buyers.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Subscription and fees

• Free plan: no charge and no card required, limited to 10 products.
• Paid plans: Starter £14.99/month, Growth £29.99/month, Pro £59.99/month — billed automatically until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time.
• Per-item fee: a fixed platform fee is included in the item cost shown to you before you import anything. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no hidden per-order charges.
• All amounts are in GBP unless shown otherwise, and include VAT where applicable.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Fulfilment credit

Fulfilment credit is a prepayment on account, held against goods and services we supply to you. It is non-transferable, earns no interest, is redeemable only against charges on your Dropship Machine account, and is refundable to the original payment method on request. We buy goods from our suppliers as principal and resell them to you; we do not hold or transmit money on behalf of any third party.

6. Orders and delivery

Delivery estimates shown in the platform are supplied by our fulfilment partners and are estimates, not guarantees. Stock levels and prices change; where a product becomes unavailable or unprofitable, the platform may pause the affected listing automatically and will tell you why.

7. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own marketplace accounts, including compliance with their policies, and for the accuracy of the listings you publish.
• You are responsible for your own tax, VAT and customs obligations arising from your sales.
• You must not list prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe or infringing goods.
• You must handle your buyers' enquiries, returns and consumer-law obligations.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we carry out maintenance from time to time. Third-party platforms we integrate with may change or withdraw their access without notice.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates risk for us or our partners, or is used unlawfully. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice by email or in the platform before it takes effect.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
