Questions partners ask

Is there a fee to list our catalogue?

No. We never charge a wholesaler to be found. We take a share only of orders that actually complete through the platform.

Can we set our own prices?

Yes, always. Sellers see your wholesale cost and add their own margin. We do not renegotiate what you charge or undercut you elsewhere.

Do we need to be based in the UK?

No. We work with partners in any country — the region grid above shows where we already source from live, and every application from anywhere joins the queue for the next one we open.

How do we get paid?

Sellers pay through the platform. Once an order is confirmed dispatched with tracking, your payment is settled to you — you never chase an individual seller for money.

What if we only carry a small catalogue?

That is fine. There is no minimum SKU count — a focused, well-stocked range dispatched reliably is worth more to us than a huge one that is not.

Is our business named to the sellers who buy from us?

Yes. Unlike the arrangement between us and our own sellers' buyers, you are not hidden — sellers know they are sourcing from you directly.
