Getting things working.
Start here. If it is not covered, email us — we would rather fix the page than answer the same question twice.
Create an account, pick your market and categories, then browse products. Nothing needs a card.
Search by keyword or pick a category. Score, delivery window and your profit are shown on every card before you import.
One figure covers the item and delivery to your market. Your markup sits on top of that, and the difference is your profit.
Your plan sets how many products you can hold, how many stores you can connect, and how often stock is checked.
Channels open one at a time, and only after they are proven. Current status is always on the integrations page.
Change or cancel from your billing page at any time. See the refunds policy for how money is handled.
Check system status first — if a subsystem is degraded it will say so there. Otherwise email support@dropshipmachine.com and include the reference from any error message.
